Whether you're planning a stylish catch-up or seeking a decadent post-theatre experience, Osteria by Bocconcino's Italian buffet is your Sunday destination.

Every Sunday | 12pm – 5pm
Every Sunday at Osteria by Bocconcino we set out a seafood buffet that draws on the Italian coast for inspiration and the heart of Covent Garden for its setting. Whole lobster, fresh oysters, prawns, crab, and a long table of antipasti, pasta and grilled fish, all priced as one all-you-can-eat ticket. It is the most generous seafood buffet in London, served in one of the most theatrical districts in the city.
The buffet runs Sundays only. Doors open at midday and the kitchen keeps the table replenished through the afternoon, with new dishes coming out hot, raw seafood landing on ice, and the dessert table set up before service ends. There is no rush. The unlimited seafood buffet at Osteria by Bocconcino is built around long Sunday lunches, and the room is paced to match.
Terms and conditions: *Bottomless food and drinks available for 90 minutes from the start of your reservation. Takeaway food is not permitted. A discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill.

What you eat at our Italian seafood buffet

The seafood half of the buffet is the headline. Whole grilled lobster, oysters on ice, king prawns, crab, mussels, clams and seasonal market fish are served alongside Italian seafood antipasti, including marinated octopus, smoked swordfish, anchovies and seafood salad. The seafood stations are replenished through service, with focus on ingredient quality and depth of flavour.

The Italian buffet side includes handmade pasta, tagliatelle with rich beef ragù, saffron ossobuco risotto, and tagliatelle al tartufo, together with burrata, prosciutto, salumi, focaccia, antipasti misti and grilled vegetables. Dessert has its own table with tiramisu, panna cotta, cannoli and fresh fruit. Drinks are charged separately, with an Italian-led wine list and optional prosecco or champagne upgrades.

A luxury Italian buffet in Covent Garden

Most all-you-can-eat seafood buffets in London compromise on quality. The seafood buffet at Osteria by Bocconcino on the Strand is built differently, with whole lobster served and replenished through service, oysters topped up regularly, and kitchen standards aligned with the à la carte menu. It is a luxury buffet experience designed for guests who want premium ingredients in central London.
