This Christmas Day, Osteria by Bocconcino is serving a festive three-course Italian menu from lunch through to dinner (12pm - 7pm), so you can settle in for a long family Christmas lunch or gather for an evening feast. Our pasta is made by hand in the open kitchen, the craft that earned us Best Handmade Pasta & Contemporary Italian Restaurant 2026 from LuxLife’s Leaders Magazine.
Six starters open the meal: Creamy Burrata with Pappa al Pomodoro, Slow-Baked Aubergine Parmigiana with Basil & Cheese, Fried Calamari and Fried Courgettes with Lemon & Tartare Dip, Sarde in Saor, Beef Tartare with Crispy Potato, and an XL Size Scottish Beef Carpaccio with Rocket & Shaved Parmesan.
The second course is a choice between pasta or a main. On the pasta side there is Bonbon-Shaped Ravioli with Slow-Cooked Beef & Onion Genovese Ragù, Homemade Mafaldine with Black Truffle, Homemade Mafaldine with Slow-Cooked Wild Boar Ragù, and a Seafood Pasta. The mains are a Veggie Wellington with Roasted Baby Winter Vegetables & Gravy, Slow-Cooked Beef Short Rib with Creamed Truffle Potato, Rib Eye with Bordelaise Sauce & Dauphinoise Potatoes, and Seabass with Cauliflower Purée & Fried Capers.
Desserts close the meal: Chocolate Cake with Sour Cherry, Torta della Nonna, Torta di Visciole e Ricotta, Lemon Sorbet Served in a Lemon Shell, and Gelato.
£120 per person, three courses Served all day on Friday 25 December, at lunch and at dinner.

Pappa al Pomodoro and Torta della Nonna are Tuscan, the Genovese ragù and the mafaldine belong to Naples, and Torta di Visciole e Ricotta, a ricotta and sour cherry tart, comes from Rome.
There is a vegetarian choice in every course, with the Veggie Wellington among the mains. Guests who eat fish but not meat can start with Sarde in Saor or the calamari and follow with the Seafood Pasta or the seabass.
